PRODUCT

Yes, absolutely. Every piece is 100% hand-painted by professional artists on high-quality linen canvas. You can see and feel the rich textures and 3D brushstrokes of the oil paint.

Gothic art relies on deep shadows and moody tones. While we ensure the composition and palette match the original, slight variations may occur due to the hand-painted nature and monitor settings. We recommend viewing the art in natural light for the best experience.

ORDERS

Orders cannot be updated after they have been shipped. If you need to make a change to your order, contact info@nightrelic.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

There’s a short window (about 60 minutes) after purchase—contact us immediately. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes aren’t possible, but you can use the returns process.

After successful payment and order submission, a confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout, containing your order number and order details.

If you don't see this email in your inbox, please check your "Spam" or "SMS" folder, as automatically sent emails are sometimes misread. If you still haven't received it, please contact us and we will resend a confirmation email.

You have 30 days from delivery. New/unused items are refunded to the original method; lightly tested items may be eligible for store credit. Final-sale items aren’t returnable.

Please note that once your order arrives in the country of destination, local guidelines apply and your order may be subject to import taxes and local duties. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

However, if applicable, we will support with any communication of information with customs as necessary.(For the United States clients, it's free duties when import value is under $ 800 USD)

SHIPPING

Expect a total lead time of 3-4 weeks. This includes 10-14 days for painting and drying, plus 7-10 days for international express shipping (FedEx/UPS). We never rush the drying process to ensure your art arrives in perfect condition.

Free shipping worldwide - shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally, we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave.

  • As long as your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to accommodate any changes you may have.

  • We strongly recommend that you carefully verify all recipient information and contact details before submitting your order.

CUSTOMIZATION

Absolutely. Once completed, we will send high-definition photos and videos taken in natural light. Our artists will refine the details or tonal depths based on your feedback until you are entirely satisfied.

Yes. If you need a specific dimension or wish to infuse specific esoteric symbols into our dark aesthetic concepts, contact us at info@nightrelic.com for a tailored quote.

This is the hallmark of 100% hand-painted art. Our artists use heavy impasto and palette knives to evoke the moody, multi-layered depth of dark art—a raw texture digital prints can never replicate.

Gothic art relies heavily on deep, brooding tones. To preserve its allure:

  • Avoid Direct Sun: Prolonged UV exposure can subtly fade the depth of dark hues over time.
  • Climate Control: Keep it in a dry, well-ventilated space; avoid high-humidity areas like bathrooms.
  • Dusting: Never use a wet cloth. Gently remove dust with a soft, dry feather duster or a soft brush.
