I was nervous about spending this much without seeing it first. Really happy I went ahead; it looks lovely in our reading room.

Paths Within was packed securely, and both the painted surface and frame arrived without scuffs or dents.
I had been putting off ordering because of worries about damage in transit. Thankfully that wasn't an issue. The painting arrived protected and looked good when we opened it. It took some space to get the packaging out of the way, but that was a small inconvenience. Very pleased with it now it is finally in our home.
Just right above the small cupboard in our reading corner.
This wall gets bright morning light and becomes dim later in the day. The painting reads well in both conditions. The obsidian black frame stays quiet, while the charcoal areas become more noticeable as the light changes.
The crossing lines read more clearly off-screen.
The 36-inch black frame fits above our entry console, and natural light brings out the gold lines.
I worried geometric art might look flat in person. The blue is richer, the gold has more variation, and the small handmade differences keep it from feeling mass-produced.
Visible brush marks soften the precise blue and gold geometry.
“Every path begins long before we see it.”
Layers of deep blue and gold geometric structures intertwine, with curved lines winding through arches, rings, and vertical blocks of color. Forms that appear independent are interconnected, creating a complex yet balanced visual path that maintains a subtle tension between order and flow.
Inspired by the flow of movement, arches, and geometric proportions in architecture, this work treats the constantly intersecting lines as metaphors for choice and direction, exploring how different paths form their own order through seemingly chance encounters.
