Fine brush breaks around the face make the portrait feel genuinely hand painted.

The ochre looks softer in person. Really happy with it.
I got an update before it shipped, which helped with the made-to-order wait. The box had a small dent, but the inner guards held and the framed canvas arrived clean and straight.
“Even fading memories leave their shape.”
A softly rendered female bust emerges through layers of ivory, ochre, and muted brown. Fragmented brushstrokes and weathered textures gently obscure her features, creating the impression of a portrait suspended between presence and disappearance.
Inspired by weathered classical sculptures and the fading traces of history, this work explores how beauty survives through fragments, imperfections, and memory.
